Karim Khalil
Karim Khalil is a Clinical Psychologist working with adults, providing
individual and couples therapy. He completed two years of intensive clinical
training at the American University of Beirut Medical Center and has worked
with several non-governmental organizations supporting vulnerable and
underserved populations. He later joined American Hospital Dubai, where he
practiced as a Clinical Psychologist, offering psychotherapy for a wide range
of emotional and relational concerns.
Karim is passionate about raising mental health awareness in the Middle East and is actively involved in public psychoeducation through social media and community engagement. His work is grounded in a client-centered, integrative approach, drawing mainly from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic principles. He supports clients facing anxiety and mood difficulties, stress and burnout, self-esteem and confidence issues, emotional regulation challenges, relationship and attachment concerns, and eating-related difficulties.
Karim aims to create a safe, collaborative space that fosters insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
