Hi! Im Hiba. I am a performance and career coach. I am also an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I specialize in coaching high potential new managers and team leaders at corporate entities and other organizations as well as within non-profit and humanitarian fields. I support individuals who are going through professional challenges by equipping them with practical tools and strategies to achieve their goals. I help my clients take control of their lives and transition from a mindset of “life is happening to me” to “I prioritize and focus on what matters the most to me shift mindsets and sustain new behaviors create my own recipe for success achieve small wins and celebrate!” Prior to becoming a coach I was also a certified Human Resources professional and Consultant with 14 years of rich corporate experience to draw on. Through my work I am to enable my clients to ultimately enhance their confidence communication productivity time management and leadership team and conflict management.
