Hi! I’m Lynn. I am a life coach, mindset coach, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) practitioner. It makes me so happy to see you here. It means that you’re ready to begin a wonderful journey of self-transformation and step out from the prison of self-doubt into the freedom of self-belief. I too, have spent years of my life believing that I wasn’t good enough, and have also struggled with an eating disorder, perfectionism, self-doubt, low self-esteem, and hating myself and my body. I lacked self-awareness and always feared judgment, so I was never able to fully live up to my potential. This is why I know exactly how difficult it feels to move from a place of shame or hatred, to one that’s full of self-awareness, growth, self-love, self-belief and trust. The truth is that you're more than enough, and you deserve to live the life of your dreams. And when you do, your whole life will change, just like mine did.

Hi, I am Jana Morton and I am a relationship coach I grew up in a tiny village in the countryside of Czech Republic My childhood was wonderful on the outside, I was surrounded by nature, farm animals and fun outdoor activities. Yet the dynamics inside my family were very toxic. My father was an alcoholic, my mother was only 19 when she gave birth to me and we lived together with my grandmother who was very strict, religious and narcissistic. I developed lots of fears, insecurities and false beliefs which played a big part in my life, especially in my relationships. By overcoming these challenges I found my true calling in life, which is to help people with similar family dynamics to thrive in life and in their relationships. I am inspired by people’s desire and ability to make a difference in the world. I practice yoga and meditation, I enjoy scuba diving, running, nature walks, skiing and time with my children and my family. I believe that my clients benefit from my relatedness, compassion, authenticity and my warm and positive energy, as well as my sense of humor.

As a therapist - I use an integrative approach- ranging from cognitive behaviour therapy to internal family system to psychoanalytical therapy. Growing up because of my introspective parents- self-reflection and curiosity came to me naturally. My mother tells me the story of how I was the mother hen even for my older cousins even when I was 3 years old (I used to console them when they were crying and missing home at nursery) - so I do think empathy is also something that I had at an early age. This curiosity, self-reflection and empathy came together for me in how I quite instinctually was fascinated and pulled to counselling as a meaningful career choice. My foray into Jungian psychoanalysis was when I read the book living an examined life- by James Hollis. He invites people into listening to their soul’s calling and what it means to grow up. Does it mean achieving benchmarks set by others or does it mean leaving behind expectations of others and finding your own voice and growing into the person you were meant to be?

My story follows a woman’s path to self-realization: “Torn between two worlds, tradition and freedom, I was confused between my roles as a mother and wife and manager, yet beneath it all a teenager longing for a wild free life and love. I challenged societal norms, marriages, and tradition - all for freedom of choice... When we learn how our mind works, and understand that we can heal through different energies and states of consciousness, we have the ability to change every single aspect of our lives. Knowing this, I can teach you how to get rid of whatever you feel is holding you back. I instill a sense of confidence and power in you, and teach you to believe that you have the capacity to accomplish anything and everything.”
