Hi! I’m Mariam. I am an executive and leadership coach with seven years of experience. I am also an entrepreneur with vast experience in leading professional individual and group coaching sessions. My background in business analysis, and own journey of changing careers has empowered me to be a strategic thinker with a diverse set of skills and experiences that come in handy when leading and growing my own organization, and helping others do the same. To this date, I have amassed more than 1000 transformational coaching hours with corporates and individuals, capitalizing on self-leadership and intentionally leading others using the Co-Active model for coaching and leadership. I have also designed and led extensive group coaching sessions and retreats for corporates and public groups. My experience in coaching extends all the way from Europe to the Middle East. I also mentor other coaches on sharpening their coaching skills and leading more transformative coaching sessions. I have developed and delivered the ‘Coaching for Managers Program’ for multinational and national organizations.
